Federal Skilled Trades Program
A candidate must have at least two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade or an equivalent amount of experience in part time work in order to be eligible for FSTP. Correspondingly this work experience must have been obtained within the previous five years and it is only considered after an individual have been granted the certification to practice trade in their country of residence.
