- Skilled professionals must hold at least one year of experience in the last ten years
- Skilled tradespeople must hold two years of experience in the last five years

The work experience must be relevant to the candidate’s education and occupation they are applying for. Lastly, the occupation must in-demand in NOC 0, A, or B.
Along with the above-mentioned requirements the candidate also needs to show proof of funds and settlement plan. - Employment Offer: In order to be eligible for this stream the candidates need have at least 60 points in the SINP point grid system. In addition, they must also have a minimum CLB score of 4 in language along with that they also need to have a minimum one year of skilled work experience in the last ten years. Furthermore, the candidates must hold a valid job offer in permanent full-time job in the NOC skill level 0, A or B.
Lastly, the candidates need to display proof for being eligible for the Saskatchewan license. It is needed, if:- The occupation is an obligatory apprenticeship trade.
- The occupation is in a regulated occupation.
- In Demand Occupation: To be eligible for this stream the candidates need to have at least 60 points in the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program Point Grid System. Along with which they must meet the required language criteria and must have finished their post-secondary education or have completed their apprenticeship or certificate/diploma. On completion of the job training the candidates must apply for Saskatchewan License. Additionally, the candidates need to have minimum one year of full-time prior work experience in the last ten years in high profession and it must not be on the job published in the excluded occupations list. Moreover, it must be in demand Occupation in NOC level 0, A or B.
Along with the above-mentioned requirements the candidate also needs to show proof of funds and settlement plan.
2) Saskatchewan Experience
Under this category of SINP, there are five immigration streams which are designed in a way that targets workers who have prior job experience in the province. In order to be eligible for the streams under this category, one needs to have employment offer from an employer in the province of Saskatchewan Canada to continue the work. Some candidates who have relevant work experience for the in-demand occupation in the province, are prioritize by certain streams to fill the shortages. - Existing Work Permit: The Skilled Workers who already have Existing Work Permit immigration needs to have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter in a permanent full-time job from an employer in Saskatchewan and the occupation must be registered in the NOC skill level 0, A or B. Moreover, they must have a valid work permit as issued by the IRCC and must have been working in the province for the last six or more months along with this they must have a minimum CLB 4 score in case of NOC C occupation. Lastly, the candidates also need to show proof of eligibility for applying to the Saskatchewan license (if required).
- Health professionals: In order to be eligible for the Physician stream one needs to have a valid work permit and they must hold SINP full time permanent job approval letter. The job must be issued by health educational institution where the candidate is currently working OR from a provincial health authority for which the candidate need to provide the supporting documents that includes the details of permanent arrangements to practice medicine and he/she must be already practicing in Saskatchewan for a minimum of six months.
- Hospitality Sector Project: To be eligible under this stream:
- The applicant must have a legal work permit
- The work permit must be granted through LMIA
- The candidate must presently be working in:
- NOC 6711: Food Counter Attendant/Kitchen Helper
- NOC 6513: Food/Beverage Server
- NOC6731: Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff.
- The candidate must have completed high secondary education and he/she must work for an approved Saskatchewan employer for at least six months.
- In addition, the candidate also must have a valid job offer in a full-time and permanent job. For the same they must hold SINP Job Approval Letter. Lastly, the CLB score must be at least 4, or more.
- Long Haul Truck driver project: To apply for this pathway, the candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- They must have a present Saskatchewan Class 1A driver's license and must be working for a Saskatchewan approved trucking firm for a minimum of six months with a temporary work permit
- The applicant must have a minimum score of CLB 4 in language.
- Also they must have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter in a full-time, permanent job offer.
- Stream for Students: The eligibility criteria is different for both:
- Students graduated from the Canadian institute
- Students graduated from a Saskatchewan institute
3) Saskatchewan Entrepreneur and Farm
The streams designed under this category is for mainly those people who are either individuals with Business management experience and wish to launch a business in the province of Saskatchewan or they are farm owners who wants to contribute in the farming sector.
