If you fail to submit the required documents with the refund form, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal or IELTS/TEF Failure

1. No refund will be provided if you withdraw, abandon, or stop your application for any reason after signing up with us.
2. If you fail to take or pass IELTS/TEF exams (which are mandatory), no refund will be issued.
3. If you do not submit the required IELTS/TEF certificate, you will forfeit your right to any refund.

Refund and Penalty for Delayed Document Submission

1. Clients must provide all required documents within 60 working days from the date of agreement.
2. Failure to submit documents within this time will lead to a penalty of 20% of Visa Solutions 4u fees.
3. If the delay extends beyond 120 working days, your case will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and Visa Solutions 4u will stop processing your application.
4. No refund will be issued for abandoned cases.
5. If you wish to pause your application for more than 4 months, you must:

2. If a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is not genuine or older than 3 months.
3. If the client cannot prove sufficient settlement funds.
4. If fraudulent documents or false information are submitted.
5. If the client or family members have violated immigration laws previously.
6. If the client delays submission of additional documents requested by authorities.
7. If the client receives an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and does not submit the online application with all required documents within 60 days.
8. If the client misses a visa interview scheduled by authorities.
9. If the client abandons or withdraws their case for personal reasons.
10. If only partial payments are made for full services.
11. If Credential Evaluation/Skills Assessment is positive, but the client does not proceed further.
12. If there are government rule changes or delays by immigration authorities.

Other Refund Cases

Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 60 working days from the submission of a complete Refund Claim Form along with all necessary supporting documents.
