New Requirement - Applicant Consent Form:
Effective February 26, 2024, all new programs under the OINP nomination need to include the Applicant Consent Form. This shape needs to be completed, dated successfully, and signed by the applicant and their spouse and dependents, if applicable. Failure to encompass the accurately finished shape will bring about the application being again incomplete, with money back on the processing price. Representatives or immigration consultants are not permitted to sign the shape on behalf of the applicant.
